General Eisenhower was the Supreme Commander of Allied Forces in Europe and became the first Supreme Commander of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in 1951. He served as the 34th President of the United States from 1953-1961. General Eisenhower was a member of The Army and Navy Club. Weldon's original Eisenhower bust is on permanent display in the Eisenhower Theater at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C.
